The Chop Houses have won Wine Spectator Awards for our exceptional wine list every year since we opened our doors, and we are as proud of our rare and collectable wines as we are of our younger vintages. Our 3,500 bottle cellar includes wines from Caymus, Viader, Heitz, Duckhorn, Opus One, Far Niente, Shafer, Jordan and a hundred more wineries.

The Chop Houses also boast an extensive collection of single malt scotches, small batch bourbons, port wine, ice wine, cognac, Armagnac and grappa. We also happen to make the best martinis in town, poured tableside from frosted shakers.
